Walter & Eddy’s was born out of love, loss, and an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of dogs everywhere. Our journey began when one of our co-founders suffered the heartbreaking loss of his beloved dog, Eddy, at the young age of four. Losing a pet so young felt unfair and preventable, and it led us to ask some tough questions. Could we do more to help our pets live longer, healthier lives? Could we offer dogs the same level of preventative care that we, as humans, seek for ourselves?
This personal loss ignited our mission: to create a product that seamlessly supports canine health in the simplest way possible—through their water bowl.
Understanding the Problem: A Hidden Health Crisis
Many dog owners are unaware that hydration plays a crucial role in their pet’s overall health. Dogs drink three times more water than they consume in food, treats, and chews combined. Yet, the water they drink is often just that—water. Regular tap water, while essential, doesn’t provide the additional nutrients that support optimal pet health.

Dr. Fenny, known for her work on holistic veterinary care and as the host of Channel 9’s Desert Vet, played a key role in formulating Walter & Eddy’s Wellness Water. Together, we developed a formula that takes a holistic approach to canine health, combining biotechnology with the natural hydration process.
Our key ingredient, Bio-Az, has been scientifically proven to promote gut health by balancing good bacteria, aiding digestion, and enhancing nutrient absorption. By integrating this with essential vitamins, minerals, and calming compounds, we’ve created a functional water that supports dogs from the inside out.

Our production process follows rigorous purification methods, including reverse osmosis, to ensure a clean, high-quality water source free from contaminants.
Our packaging is also designed with the environment in mind. We use Tetra Pak cartons, which are made from 69% renewable materials and have an 8.5x lower carbon footprint compared to plastic bottles. Our goal is not only to improve canine health but to do so in a way that respects and protects our planet.
